"Went to GiGi’s last week. They have a great selection and the staff is super friendly. The staff accommodated my gluten allergy very well. I would highly recommend this ice cream shop!!!"

"Very nice people that serve you ice cream especially Gabby. The prices do seem off though. We ordered the same items and was charged one price then a few days later ordered the same quantity and same items with almost an 8 dollar difference. Didn't realize this till we left so we weren't able to say anything. We will be paying attention next time we return."

"love love LOVE gigi scoops! my family & i travel 25 minutes & pass several ice cream shops on to get there because it’s WORTH IT!! the sizes, prices, quality & service are all so amazing. so many flavor options, toppings & fun sundaes! i personally recommend my favorite (i call it a pb&j ice cream) black raspberry ice cream with EXTRA peanut butter sauce"

"my family all loves gigi’s scoops, but today while we were there i tripped and my ice cream fell off the cone and went everywhere. despite it being my own error the staff were extremely generous and remade the ice cream for me. very nice staff and even better ice cream. oh, also they have very delicious vegan/dairy-free ice cream options."

"I just went to the East Greenwich Gigi scoops and a girl named Trista was working and did a fabulous job with the order. She let us sample some different ice creams before we made our decision, which was so helpful! Next time you go ask for Trista in East Greenwich she went over and above What was expected of her !"
